To go from electric to disc brakes you need a disc brake assembly, a brake line kit, an actuator, a brake controller, and a breakaway kit. Since you should already have a brake controller and breakaway kit for your electric brakes, I would go with electric over hydraulic disc brakes because you already have two of the main parts needed and either way you need an actuator. Electric over hydraulic is also better than just hydraulic because you have more control over your braking power due to using a brake controller as opposed to normal hydraulic disc brakes. I recommend the following parts for electric over hydraulic disc brakes:

Disc Brake Assembly: Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 11" Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 part # K2HR958QD11. You will want to pick up 1 kit for every axle you have

Brake Line Kit: we have a wide selection of Kodiak brake line kits to choose from depending on the length of your trailer and how many axles you have. I attached a link of our selection to this page so you can choose what matches your trailer

Electric over Hydraulic Actuator: HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes part # HBA16

If you happen to need a breakaway kit, brake controller, or both you can grab those here with part # 20400 and part # C51180.

I also attached a couple videos of the HydraStar actuator for your reference.
