How To Transfer Old Thule Aero Crossbars To a 2019 Honda CR-V

Question:

Hi I need help! I have a thule crossbar/foot pack adaptor naked roof set up for my 2013 Subaru STi. I need to transfer it to my 2019 CRV. Everything works except I need the rubber adaptor that will fit on the roof line. The one in my STi is a little tilted at the back. Do you have anything that will fit in my CRV? Thanks!

In order to transfer the Thule AeroBlade Crossbars you have onto a 2019 Honda CR-V you will need the Evo Clamp Feet part # TH710501 and Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet part # TH145046. I know this is not what you wanted to hear but the rubber pad that attaches to the foot pack is the same for every set of mounting feet. The reason that it is not sitting flush on the roof of your vehicle is because the angle is not correct due to using the wrong fit kit which is a vehicle specific component. Unfortunately, you must get both the foot pack and fit kit as the fit kit is specific to both the vehicle and foot pack and the foot pack you have now has been discontinued.

If you were to try and use the same foot pack and fit kit you have from your old vehicle you will have damage to your roof and it would not be covered.
