Is Demco Hijacker 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible With Reese Adapter on Ram Factory Puck System

I have a reese hitch and the reese hitch adapter for the Ram puck system. Will the Demco autoslide hitch or any other autoslide hitch connect to this adapter or will I need to get another adapter if I get an autosliding hitch?

The Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154 is compatible with 5th wheel trailer hitches that fit standard base rails, which the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # DM8550034 does.
So yes, the Reese adapter and Demco Hijacker 5th wheel hitch are absolutely compatible with each other.
