my box truck has one of those i guess its a fiberglass roof, im in desperate need of an fan ,being it lets so much sun in, ? is can i install this on it

The Vanair Roof Vent with Fan you referenced, part # VP-543SP was originally designed for use on conversion vans, so it should be a great choice for your box truck.

The vent will install into a 6-1/4 inch diameter rough opening. The garnish (or inner trim ring) allows the vent to be used on roofs of different thicknesses. Since your roof is so thin, you might need to trim some of the length off of the garnish which is fine according to the manufacturer.

The installation kit which includes hardware and the recommended sealant is not included, and is offered as part # 344270KITW.
