2011 ford 350 and 2011 cameo need to know the range between truck bed to trailer to adjust hitch

The hitch height for the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30047, is adjustable from 13.5 to 17 inches above the truck bed. I attached a photo showing the adjustment holes for you to see.
When adjusting the hitch, you should have at least 6 inches of space between the top of the truck bed rails and the bottom of the trailer loft for adequate clearance when navigating steep inclines and deep dips. The 6 inches leaves room so that when in a turn and a dip or incline is encountered the trailer loft cannot dip down and contact the truck bed causing damage to the truck and trailer.
