Recommended Mid Priced Hitch Mounted Bike Rack for 2020 Honda CR-V
Question:
I've already picked an Etrailer brand e98848 for my 2020 Honda CR-V, but I'm bewildered by the choices of 2 bike racks that are available. My bikes aren't high dollar, but I didn't get them at a discount store, either so I'd like to take care of them as best I can so they last me several years. What would you recommend?

Good choice with the hitch there. The 2 inch receiver provided by a Class III gives you the biggest selection of hitch mounted accessories that'll work with it. The hitch also has the benefit of being mostly concealed after installation. All but the receiver tube and safety chain loops will be hidden behind the vehicle's bumper.
For a bike rack with a middle-of-the-road price point, I really like the super-popular Kuat Transfer, part # KU74FR. The rack is compatible with a 2 inch hitch, and because it's a platform type rack it'll be easier to load than a typical hanging style rack. The rack can tilt rearward with the bikes in place, allowing easy access to the rear cargo area. The rack's U-shape makes loading and unloading the inner-most bike easy as can be. The rack can fold up against the rear of the vehicle when not in use. Unlike hanging type racks, that can allow the bikes to swing back and forth, the Transfer V2 will hold your bikes securely, keeping them well protected.
