Is There Bumper Cutting Required to Install Blue Ox Base Plate Kit BX1143

The old base plate BX1140 required some cutting of the steel bumper. Does the new version BX1143 also require cutting? Thanks

There is no bumper cutting to install the Blue Ox base plate kit part # BX1143 which fits your 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I went over the instructions (see attached) to confirm this as well.
