For your 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75229. It has a clean look, the only thing you see once installed is the receiver tube. It has a 800 lbs TW rating, and 8,000 lbs GTW rating.
For wiring I recommend ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. This gives you a 4 pole flat trailer connector to get all the lights back to your trailer. The best part about this kit is that it does not involve any cutting or splicing of your Range Rover's wires. It uses sensors that detects power being sent through a wire by clamping on them.
To tow your trailer you'll need a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or a 2" drop and one with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also has a 1-7/8" ball, 2" ball, hitch pin and clip, and a storage bag for a lot of options to get your trailer level when towing.
I linked the parts above, a help article and included a few install videos of different year Range Rovers for you to reference.
