I can give you a tire recommendation to replace the A78-13ST tires that are on your trailer now, but since I do not know the wheel bolt pattern of your wheels I can not give you a wheel recommendation. I attached an FAQ on determining bolt patterns for you to check out. If you email me back with your bolt pattern I can give you a wheel recommendation also. Your wheel will most likely be a 4 on 4 inch or 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
For a tire I would recommend you get the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10210 as it is a radial tire and has the highest capacity for that tire size that we offer. I attached an FAQ on trailer tires for you to check out that lists the advantages of radial tires or bias ply.
