Recommendation for trailer hitch for a 2019 Nissan Titan SV. Do you have anything that fits, and if so what should I get?

We do have trailer hitch options for your 2019 Nissan Titan SV and out of our selection I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13304 because we have found that Curt hitches tend to have better welds and a thicker powder coat than Draw-Tite options like the part # 76154.
Attached is an installation video and some photos showing this trailer hitch installed on a 2017 Titan SV that you can check out.
Since you have a pickup I'm guessing that you are planning on doing some doing. In that case you also need the Wiring Kit # N40975 along with the mounting bracket # C57202 so you have power to your trailer lights and whatever other functions are installed on your trailer.
To complete your towing setup you also need a ball mount kit. I recommend using the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B because it comes with the 3 most common hitch ball sizes (1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16") as well as 5-1/2" Rise/5" Drop configurations. All of this means that you can easily tow a few different trailers level without having to get different ball mounts or various hitch balls. I also recommend adding the Receiver Lock # C23025 to add some security to this ball mount kit.
Attached are some other videos and instructions for you to reference.
