Trailer wiring harness recommendation for 2020 Toyota Rav 4....which one do I need?

For the 2020 model, you'd use the # C56434 from Curt. This harness is pretty easy to install, it plugs inline at the point where the vehicle's taillight wiring harnesses plug inline with the taillight assemblies. To power the unit, you'll use the included wire, fuse and fuse holder to run a power supply wire from the converter box to the positive battery terminal as shown in the provided link to the install video.
For a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # C13416 Class III hitch, is it's a high quality and reasonably priced option. You'll also need a ball mount and a trailer ball. For ball mount, the # BM68C would put the ball height at right around 17 inches, which is average. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, you'd use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
