To use a rooftop cargo bag on your Mazda5 minivan with sliding doors, you'll need an option from Rightline, which installs with clips to a naked roof. You will need to ensure your vehicle has weather molding which you can attach the clips underneath as well. You can see in the linked instructions how to attach the clips. Your options for a rooftop bag are:
