I contacted Demco directly. It's not as simple an answer as I'd like but really depends on what you have.

The FWH-24P is the part number of hitch head only. That hitch head was used on 2 different series of 5th wheel hitches. This would have been manufactured by the former owner of the Demco line in Canada. They had 2 series of hitches one was the SL series and the rails ran front to back in the truck bed. The other line of hitches was a UL Series and those run side to side in the truck bed like industry standard bed rails, however, they were NOT built to industry standard. As mentioned the FWH-24P head was used on both series of hitches, but the frame brackets are different for each series.

# DM8552015-71 and the rails are # DM6014 – This would work with the UL Series hitches where the rails run side to side.

# DM8553004-12 and the rails are 6012 – This would work with the SL Series hitches where the rails run front to back.
