When installing the Curt Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60720 on your 2006 Ford F-350 long bed, the needed 4" diameter hole will be centered 47" back from the cab.
I have attached the full install instructions below that you can also check out. Starting on page 4 you can read through a more detailed process for measuring out the correct location for the hitch ball hole. You will still want to consult this before cutting anything on the bed.
