The Reese Revolution is exactly what you need to haul a fifth wheel when using a truck with a 5-1/2 foot bed like your 2020 Ford F-150.
So what you want is fixed hitch like the # RP30047 and a custom rail kit for your truck like the Reese part # RP50087-58 and you'll be in very good shape with the Reese Revolution. Only other thing you'd want is a custom wedge part # SWW-03 which is designed for the # RP30047 with a Revolution pin box. The SWW-03 is the component that keeps the pin box from moving at the head and instead causes the movement at the trailer connection.
For fifth wheel wiring the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds part # C57008 is an excellent choice. It is designed to add a connection inside the bed rather than having to drape it over the tailgate to get to your original 7-way connector. It is designed for use on aluminium beds which your F-150 has.
