The best 2-inch hitch option for your 2019 Honda CR-V is the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" part # e98848. This USA-made hitch has the 2-inch receiver which is very versatile and it is also the most discrete in appearance. The small center receiver tube is the only part of the hitch that will be visible when not in use.
If your plans are for a hitch bike rack or hitch cargo carrier I really like the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4-bike carrier # TH934XTR, the Curt 20x59 Cargo Carrier # C18151 both are very popular and do a great job.
If towing is in your plans you can use Tekonsha 4-pole wiring harness # 118741 to give you a working 4-way flat trailer connector and etrailer ball mount kit part # 989900 which has multiple rise drop and ball configurations with a convenient storage bag.
