The Highland Moover Cargo Carrier you mentioned weighs a bit more than 70 lbs. A fairly burly person who ate their Wheaties that morning might be able to install the carrier by themselves, but most folks would need an assistant in order to install the carrier into the receiver on their vehicle.
Using an anti-rattle hitch pin, part # SR25219 is recommended.
