Front Hitch for 2017 Ford F350 6.7L Diesel
Question:
2017 F350, 4wd, 6.7L diesel. I just want make sure this unit will fit. Some say it will and some say it wont because of the trans oil cooler/lines. Some have also said to specify with you people that it is for a diesel and the necessary brackets for the cooler will be included with the hitch,...however I cannot find the provisions to indicate its a diesel application. Please clear up this issue for me, Im really wanting to install this unit, but if it cant then so be it. Thank you,

At one point the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7904 did only fit the gasoline models Ford F-350s, but it has been updated and is confirmed to fit the diesel models as well.
Another option is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31078 is confirmed to fit your F350. It sits lower than the EcoHitch but is still above the lowest part of the bumper, so you won't lose any ground clearance. It has a 500 Lbs vertical load, and 9,000 Lbs line pull, which is great for a winch, spare tire carrier, or snow plow or any other accessories you want to mount.
