I am looking for timbren springs for my 2020 Ford F-150 4x4 I always have a big rainwater collection tank in my bed for work and sometimes it can get pretty heavy. I am experiencing some sag and when I turn it leans a little which scares me

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR1504E will work well to level out the payload and prevent the rear sag in the 2020 Ford F-150 4x4. The leaning that you are experiencing is considered truck body roll which can happen when the suspension is over worked. The springs will help to compensate for some of that load on the suspension and increase the stability to decrease body roll or leaning as you mentioned.
