I do have an option for you but there is not an Eco-hitch available for the 2020 Toyota RAV4 at this time. If you are looking for a concealed cross tube style designed hitch, I recommend The Class III etrailer Hitch Receiver part # e23ZR for the RAV4. This hitch's cross tube will be hidden behind the bumper for a clean OEM look. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

For the trailer lights, I recommend Curt T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56434 which gives you a 4-way connector at the rear of the RAV4 to plug your trailer into. The Curt brand has proven to be a bit more reliable compared to the other options especially the converter boxes. I have attached an installation video for your reference on this part as well.

It sounds like you plan on towing, if you do not have a ball mount yet I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
