Thank you for the helpful information Travis. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receive part # C13195 for the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is your best option for towing the trailer because the quality of the Curt is better than the other options. It is assembled in the USA and the powder coat seems to last a bit longer than it's competition. It is a no drill installation, I have attached an installation video for your reference.
For the wiring, I recommend Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # CU94FR. The Curt brand wiring has proven to be more reliable and durable than the other brands especially the converters. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
For the ball mount, I recommend Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3" Rise - 4" Drop - 17,000 lbs part # C45341. You will also need ball part # A-90 if you have a 2" ball or part # C40085 if you have a 2-5/16" ball.
