Base Plates for 2019 Jeep JL Rubicon with Factory Steel Bumper and Winch

Yes! There is a base plate that will work with your 2019 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited that has the Steel Bumper Package with a winch- the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519339. I've attached a picture to this answer that shows these base plates mounted on a JL with the factory steel bumper. This will show you how the base plates will mount underneath the bumper where the winch plate you're installing is positioned.
If you have an existing tow bar that is not a Demco, you'll need to get adapters so that these base plates can be used with your existing tow bar. I've attached a link to our base plate adapter table article that you can use to help match up an adapter to use.
There are some other parts that you may or may not already have for your 2019 Jeep JL, like tow bar wiring/lights, supplemental braking, rise/drop adapter and safety cables. I've listed a few options for you below that you may want to take a look at as well.
