Question:
I will be getting the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Item # 13577 for my 2010 murano. I am going to tow a trailer with a recommended ball height of 18.75inch which ball mount should I get?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13577 or the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e65AR for that matter while installed on a 2010 Nissan Murano measures around 14-3/4" from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening. If the distance from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler is 18-3/4" while level then you will need a ball mount with a 4" rise. The Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45070 will work but you also need to add the Pin and Clip For Class III part # C21500 and the 2" Hitch Ball part # 63845 or the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # 63847.
That said, I really think you should go with the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount part # D900 as this will allow for you to tow many different trailers and you don't ever have to worry about measuring the ball height of verifying the hitch ball size. The measurements above can also vary slightly which you will want to keep in mind as well.
