Okay to Increase Trailer Tire Size

If Im running a 225 70 R15 can I go a larger Tire

The current 225/90-15 tires you're running should have a section width of about 8.85 inches and about 27.4 inches in diameter. A 225/75-15 tire like the # AM10256 would be about 8.78 inches wide and 28.31 inches in diameter, so it would be just a little bigger than your current tire. The 225/75-15 would gain you about a 1/2 inch of height, but you will need to have at least 3-1/2 inches of clearance between the top of the current tires and the underside of the fender, As long as you have the proper clearance to the inside of the tire and between the tire and fender, you can certainly increase tire size if you wish.
