The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2250, will help control sway on rough terrain, but the main purpose of the air helper springs is to keep your vehicle level when hauling heavy loads and level off-center loads.
For your situation I would recommend either our Timbren Rear Suspension System or our SuperSprings Vehicle Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit.
These two suspension enhancement systems are designed to be used with constant loads like your in bed camper and would give you better results on rough terrain. They are both designed to reduce roll and sway and do not require manual adjustment.
