Does Installing Trailer Wiring on 2019 Volvo XC90 Require Reprogramming Computer
Question:
I want to install trailer wiring on my 2019 Volvo XC90 but I am afraid I'll have to take the car to a dealer and let them reprogram it which I'd rather not do. Is there a solution?

The trailer wiring harness from Tekonsha part # 118683 that fits your 2019 Volvo XC90 does not require a trip to the dealer for any computer programming. Your vehicle's computer would not know it's installed at all so it's not something that would cause any issue like that.
