While there are no trailer hitch fits for your 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-350 Sport, we might still have a solution for you if you can let me know what you plan on transporting.
I've reached out to Curt in the past about the Trailer Hitch # C11701 not fitting the Sport model of an E-350 and he said in his notes it didn't say anything about the exhaust being an issue so it is likely that they found that the Sport model requires a lot of fascia trimming for the hitch to fit (as the exhaust and fascia trimming are the usual causes for non-fitment on Sport models). If you want to try getting the # C11701 to fit you're more than welcome to, but that would be up to you.
We do have a customer who was able to fit it on their 2008 Mercedes E350 4Matic Sedan Sport so that's a good sign if you're still wanting to try the installation (see photo).
Regardless, let me know what you plan on transporting and I'd be happy to make additional recommendations if they're necessary.
