Looking to move to Las Vegas NV. Would this work for there emissions if installed before I move?

The MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter # MF94139 that you referenced is EPA approved in 49 states, the lone exception being California. This means you won't have any issues with regards to emission standards if you move to Nevada after installing the converter.
