How do I wire 3 way led lights on the back of a semi trailer with 7 round pin

By "3-way" LED lights I assume you are referring to 3-wire lights - and with the caveat that our products are designed for recreational vehicles and we have limited experience with semi trailers - you will be able to use 3-wire lights like # TLL160RK on a semi with a 7-round like # PK11700. The issue is that this type of connector has separate pins for tail/license plate, stop, and turn signals whereas a 7-blade has the turn and stop signals on one circuit. So you will need to add Wiring Converter # RM-732 in order to make this work. I have added a link to a video review and a help article on trailer wiring which I recommend taking a look at.
