How To Flat-Tow a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited With Paramount Front Bumper

Gents, I have a 2016 Jeep Rubicon with a Paramount front bumper. If the D-Rings are not rated for flat tow will the Class III Bumper mount work instead?
