Recommended Truck Bed Mat for 2010 Ford F-350 Dually for Use with Truck Camper

Question:

Hello I have a 2010 Ford F350 superduty DRW that we use to haul a large truck camper. The truck has a bedliner that is hard and slick plastic?. When we got the camper, the dealership put a piece pf plywood in the bed of the truck between the camper and the bedliner, but I think we probably need to replace that with a truck mat. Do you agree? I would want something thick the camper weighs over 3,000 pounds and not slick - thick rubber or something similar to provide a stable, non-water-retaining, cushioned ride for the camper. Can you make a recommendation? thanks in advance!

Adding a durable truck bed mat is a great idea to help protect the factory bed floor from the weight/movement of your camper but also to add a bit more stability. I'm sure just visually you'd also rather have something a bit more sleek in appearance than a piece of plywood, however functional they can be.

For your 2010 Ford F-350 dually I recommend the DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat # DZ86881. This durable mat is constructed of heavyweight Nyracord rubber for excellent traction and is 3/8" thick, which is perfect for creating reliable support but not too thick to cause any fit issues with the camper.

The mat will work just fine with factory spray-on bed liners but depending on how much your particular liner alters the stock bed space, you may just need to do a bit of trimming to allow for the perfect fit.

I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out.I have also attached a short customer-submitted review that briefly describes his happiness with the mat on his F-350, which is serving the same purpose you are needing it for.
