what are the different width sixes between the two types of tires upgarde to a 6.90x9 tire to a 145/80x12

The tire size 6.90-9 like the part # AM10040 that you referenced is 6.5 inches wide and has an outer diameter of 21.1 inches. A 145/80-12 tire like the part # AM10130 is 5.7 inches wide and is 21.3 inches in diameter.
