If you are looking for the easiest to install and best overall tire chain set for your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon the hands down winner is the Konig Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115104 which install in a matter of seconds (not exaggerating either!). The price on this kit is a little higher than others but this gives you the convenience of a super easy install, superior traction in winter weather, and chains that are going to last much longer than other brands.
For a more economically priced option we have the Konig kit part # TH01221104 too as a fit which are a bit more involved when installing but otherwise are really solid. If you check out the install videos I attached for both chains you can see what the install difference is really like as well.
Either one of these would be a really great option with the big advantage for the Easy Fit being the very fast and easy install which limits your exposure to the cold weather.
