I own a 2019 Grand Design Reflection Travel Trailer Model 315 RLTS. I would like to know how to properly lubricate the Lippert LC298707 stabilizer jacks and any other maintenance I should perform on them.

I checked with Lippert and for your electrical stabilizer jacks # LC298707 the only maintenance you need to perform is to keep the setup clean if you ever travel in harsh conditions like if there's salt on the road. Here's what they state:
It is recommended that when operating in harsh environments (road salt, ice buildup, etc.) the moving parts
be kept clean. They can be washed with mild soap and water. No grease or lubrication is necessary and in
some situations may be detrimental to the environment and long-term dependability of the system.
