I need a left hand drain. Does this come with a left hand drain? When I measure right to left, it measures 36-1/8 When I measure side to side, it measures 23

Yes, the Better Bath RV Shower Pan comes with both a right hand drain part # LC209496 and left hand drain part # LC342922. These shower pans both measures approximately 36-1/8" long x 24" wide but this can vary and yours might have been trimmed so I am sure this is the correct size for you.
