If I'm understanding you correctly, your towed vehicle battery is still draining even with the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766 still installed? The most likely cause of this is that the supplemental braking system you're using is drawing power from the towed vehicle's battery to engage the brakes.
If you can let me know what type of supplemental braking system you have I can confirm this to be the case, but I recommend installing the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line # RM-156-25 on the tow vehicle. If your RV doesn't have it's own charge line, you'll also need the # RM-156-75 which is a charge line kit for your RV to allow it to keep a maintenance charge on the towed vehicle.
I have included the installation videos for both of these products to help you out. If your supplemental braking system is not drawing power from your vehicle, please let me know and I can let you know a couple of other things to look for.
