Blind spots making you twitchy? Clamp this extended-length rearview mirror over your existing mirror to reveal those pesky unseen areas.

Features:

  • Helps to eliminate blind spots on either side of your vehicle
    • Change lanes, merge or pass with peace of mind
  • Features an aspheric view
    • Curved lens at both ends of the mirror for a wider view than standard convex mirrors
    • Aspheric curve produces less distortion than other convex mirrors
  • Uses an optical blue lens
    • Reduces reflected glare from car lights, mist, fog, snow and water
  • Clamps onto your existing rearview mirror
    • Fits over most mirrors using a spring-loaded, fully adjustable mounting bracket

Specs:

  • Length: 13"
  • Clamps around a mirror that it 2-1/8" to 3-1/8" tall
  • FMVSS approved
  • 90-Day warranty

Note: Flat glass is required for inside rearview mirrors. Convex glass mirrors may be used for off-road driving. In convex mirrors, objects are closer than they appear.

Extended rearview mirrors reveal blind spots and contribute to a more relaxing driving experience. This mirror clamps onto your existing mirror to provide a panoramic view. The aspheric view provides a more extended field of vision than standard convex rearview mirrors; and the blue lens reduces glare from car headlights, mist, fog, snow and water. The mounting bracket is fully adjustable and spring loaded, so it fits most mirrors. This mirror gives you driving confidence, especially in tricky traffic situations.

  • Extended Rear View Mirror Options for a Lincoln Navigator and a Honda Accord
The important thing to consider when choosing a panoramic clip-on rear view mirror, is the size of your current rear view mirrors. The clips on the K-Source Extra Long Panoramic Rearview Mirror, # KSRM011, that you referenced are adjustable from 2 inches to 3 inches apart. If the height of the mirror on your 2011 Toyota Prius falls within that range, this should work just fine. This mirror is 18 inches long. The mounting clips are spaced 5-3/4 inches apart on center. If you are looking for a panoramic mirror that is a little shorter, we do carry part # KSRM1300, which is 13 inches long, and the mounting clips spread from 2-1/8 to 3...

For the clamp on style of replacement rear-view mirrors that we have available, the thickness of your OEM mirror is not as much of a concern, as the height of the existing mirror. This is due to the mounting styles of the replacement mirrors. For your application, the best rear view mirror option that we have for reducing blind spots is the K-Source Extendable Panoramic Rear-view Mirror # KSRM012. • Clip-On Panoramic Rear View Mirror that Will Fit Over Stock Auto-Dim Mirror on a 2015 Toyota RAV4
Congratulations on the new wheels. The issue with the fit of panoramic clip on mirrors like # KSRM011 is that it is limited to the size mirror it can clip on to. Mirrors that have other functions, other than being just a mirror, tend to be bigger, bulkier, and that is what causes the fit issues. The clips on the panoramic mirror will fit around a stock mirror that is up to 2-7/8 inches tall. Measure your stock mirror to determine if this will fit. A similar mirror, # KSRM1300, will fit...

We do offer replacement mirrors, like CIPA Rearview Mirror # CM33000, but we do not offer the glass as a separate item. Rear view mirrors come in wedge-style and cam-lock styles. (See image) Both use a slide-in fitment for the mirror's base to engage the windshield mount. To remove the mirror in most applications it will need to slide up towards the vehicle's roof in order to disengage from the mount.
