The Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors part # UF39-941705 will work on most trailers but you will need to take a quick measurement of your frame rails (outside to outside) to ensure they are between 48" to 80" wide. I am almost positive your Palomino Puma is within this range but it will be a good idea to check this beforehand. I don't have any specs on a Palomino Puma to look this up for you unfortunately.
The weight of the trailer will not be an issue as the above are stabilizer jacks so they do not needed to be rated for the full weight of the trailer as they will never be lifting all of that weight directly.
