Fit of Curt Adjustable Width RV Hitch C13702 on 2019 Forest River Rockwood Roo 233S

how do I know if I need the down version of the camper hitch? I have a 2019 Forest River Rockwood Roo 233S. do you know have anyone that has put one on this camper?

I'm not certain what you mean by the 'down' version. The # C13702 Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch fits RV frames that are 18-51 inches apart. This hitch has a 2 inch drop which means that the top of the receiver tube would sit 2 inches lower than the frame member the hitch is bolted to.
Because this hitch is pretty much a universal fit item, I don't have any information about a specific trailer fit. As long as your trailer has frame members that are between 18-51 inches apart, and if the bottom of the rear bumper or fascia on the trailer doesn't extend any lower than 2 inches lower than the bottom of the frame members, this hitch would work well for you.
