Helpful Expert Reply:
The correct fit for a rear anti-sway bar for your 2004 Winnebago Sightseer built on a Ford F-53 chassis is going to depend on its length, because based on my research there are a number of models with different total lengths.
Models 27C, 30B and 33L are less than 34 feet long, and the correct sway bar for that length is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-143.
Model 35N is longer than 34 feet, so the correct sway bar is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-144. You will simply want to verify the length of your rig to make sure you get the right bar.
To further increase the stability of your Winnebago I also recommend adding the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 and Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK22-RSSA
The combination of these three parts will dramatically increase the handling and comfort of your Winnebago, allowing you to enjoy your time on the road instead of exhaustively attempting to keep your rig centered at all times. I have added links to the install instructions, as well as links to video installs and reviews for you to take a look at.
