I checked with TorkLift and though there are not steps that are designed specifically as a custom fit for your 2017 Keystone Outback 210URS, but all you need to do is determine what your entry height is and go from there.
For example, the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA8103 (which have a 25-1/2" base) or # TLA8003 (which have a 27-1/2" base) require you have an entry height between 25-1/2" and 36".
