I'm not entirely sure what hitch you mean by "another" but I can tell you that we have one Class IV trailer hitch that will fit your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14374.
This Curt hitch has a 2" receiver, 10,000 lb towing capacity and 1,000 lb tongue weight capacity. it is a bolt-on installation so you will not have to drill to install either on your truck. I have added a link to installs of of this hitch on a '19 Ram 1500 Classic for you and added a photo showing the Curt hitch installed, and the look will be exactly the same for the Draw-Tite.
I have also added links to the written installation instructions for you to take a look at.
