IS A HOLE SAW 21/4 INCH TOO SMALL FOR A54GB TO HOLD LIGHT?

The 2" Round Grommet # A54GB is designed to be used with a 2-5/16 inch diameter hole. The light that fits down into this grommet is a pretty tight fit so if you went with a 2-1/4 inch diameter hole the light would be incredibly difficult to fit if not impossible. I'd recommend going with the slightly larger hole saw size 2-5/16 inch.

To install the 3 inch grommet part #F02-2106 you'd need to drill a hole that is 3-7/8 inches in diameter. The 1-1/2 inch grommet part #F02-2105 requires a 2-1/2 inch diameter hole.
