2019 Cougar Out of Stroke Error with Lippert Ground Control 3.0
Question:
My jacks are not fully extended, my trailer is level but the error out of stroke keeps coming on. I am in the mountains on uneven terrain but have used proper blocks so it should not be issue. When im at home and use jacks i never get error message only up here in mountains

I spoke with one of the Techs over at Lippert and they have seen this before when there is some sort of lack of power or delay in power caused by a weak battery. In order to confirm this, you'll need to disconnect from any type of shore power you might have connected (solar panels, etc.) and check the voltage going from the battery to the control unit of the system.
If you're getting the full 12v, you may want to check the wiring of the # LC358590 to make sure that all of your wiring is in good condition. Make sure that nothing has come loose on the ground wires and that there aren't any cut wires that could be causing the power to drain when going to the ground control system.
If you've checked the battery and wiring and this still isn't solving your problem, let me know and I can walk you through a few other things to check.
