Yes, the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G that you referenced will fit and work well on your Raptor 375TS 5th Wheel Trailer as long as it's not equipped with a Sidewinder/Turning Point or cushioned Air Ride pin box. Also note that the adapter isn't recommended for use with the Reese Elite Series gooseneck hitches or with factory-installed prep packages (pucks) from Ford and Ram.
This adapter will simply bolt onto the trailer's factory king pin and connect to the gooseneck ball in your truck bed. Its interior polyurethane cushions help to absorb road shock for a really smooth ride and the 20,000 pound towing capacity exceeds the GVWR of your Raptor by a healthy margin.
