The most popular taillight wiring system that will allow the taillights on your Accord to function along with those on your motorhome would be the Roadmaster Diode Kit, part # RM-15267. The diodes install inline with the wiring harneses feeding the taillights on your Accord. This system takes a little time to install, but once in place it's extremely easy to use.
For a braking system, there are many options to choose from. If you're planning on holding on the the Accord for a number of years, a permanently installed system like the Roadmaster Invisibrake, part # RM-8700 is an excellent choice. The system works great and after the initial installation, will be ready to go whenever you are with no set-up needed. With this system, a brake light relay is also needed, part # RM-88400 is needed.
I've linked some installation videos that you might find helpful. The videos show a few of the items I recommended being installed on a Honda CR-V. The procedure on your Accord will be different, but the videos will give you a good idea of what the installs entail.
If you're unsure of how long you'll keep the vehicle, a portable system like the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 would work well for you. This system costs a bit more, but you'll save a couple of hundred dollars in shop labor because it's easy to install and can be switched from vehicle to vehicle in just a few moments if needed. The brake light relay mentioned above is included, but a 12-volt outlet kit # RM-9332 is needed.
