The K-Source Towing Mirrors part # KS80710 that you referenced are the best option you have for your 2019 Ram 2500 with power folding mirrors. This set fits your vehicle the best, allows your power fold function to still work, and gives you the wider viewing angle you are wanting to give you the visibility you want when towing.
