Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Honda CR-V for Carrying E-Bike Rack with Ramps

Hi, I am looking for an ramp loading rack for 2 e-bikes for a 2018 Honda CRV. The problem is that the measurement between the hitch hole and the end of the hitch is less than the 1.5 inch requirement in the diagram. Is there any alternative for a ramp loading rack? Thank you.

What you'd have to do is remove the hitch you have on your 2018 Honda CR-V as it's pin hole is not located properly and then install a new hitch like the etrailer.com # E98848 which has a compatible hitch pin hole dimension with the bike racks like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 that you mentioned. This hitch will have plenty of weight capacity, is made in the USA, and only has the hitch opening hanging below the rear bumper so it's the best option.
None of the ramp style bike racks would fit with the shallow hitch pin dimension you mentioned.
