Helpful Expert Reply:
In order to tow a small pop-up camper with your 2011 Honda CR-V you will need a trailer hitch, wiring harness, and a ball mount/hitch ball combo. All pricing information will be listed on the product pages for the options I recommend.
Starting with the trailer hitch I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III # 75547 for an easy bolt-on installation and robust capacities that indicate its superior strength. I have attached an installation video that you can also follow along with if you decide to do the install yourself.
Then for a wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118427. This custom harness is simply going to plug into an existing port behind the driver's side trim panel to provide you with a 4-Way connector to power the pop-up's basic signal lights. I have again attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
Lastly for a ball mount the Draw-Tite # D-3 and the Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3 should work really nicely with either the 1-7/8" # 19260 or 2" Hitch Ball # 63845 (depending on what your camper's coupler accepts).
I have attached a couple general articles on towing a trailer that you might also find helpful.
