Yes, the etrailer.com hitch part # E98907 is the same design as the Curt hitch part # C13205 available for the 2019 Nissan Murano except the etrailer.com hitch is matte black and the Curt is glossy. I have attached photos of the Curt hitch on a 2018 Nissan Murano since we have not yet had a chance to install a hitch on a 2019. The Curt hitch will fit the same as the etrailer version.
The etrailer.com hitch part # E98907 has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity but you do not want to exceed the gross vehicle weight rating of your Murano which is 1,400 lbs according to the copy of the online owner's manual I found. The combined weight of cargo in the vehicle, on a cargo carrier, weight of cargo carrier itself, and the occupants in the vehicle should never exceed this number to avoid damage to the vehicle. You also want to make sure the weight of the cargo carrier itself and the cargo in the carrier does not exceed the tongue weight rating of the hitch which is 350 lbs.
I recommend the Curt Aluminum Cargo Carrier # C18100 which measures 60" long x 19-1/8" wide x 2-3/4" deep and folds up against your vehicle when you are not using it. The best part about the aluminum construction of the Curt carrier is it only weighs 29 lbs so you can use more of your available weight capacity for cargo instead of the weight of the carrier which can sometimes be up to 50 lbs with other carriers.
